Throwback Thursday to this cute bed making video I made for you when I was in Moab this time last year. What’s really crazy for me looking at these old videos is seeing how much my body has changed in just a year living in Hawai’i. Eating better and more naturally, being more active consistently plus working out with pole now. I will always love my body no matter what stage I’m in ☺️💜
