i know times are hard in this quarantine & for those of us with depression we HAVE to remember that it is soooo important to keep up with our mental health & not ignore our mental needs & emotional well being. & tbh; ive been slacking- HARD. & that changes today. we still need to get up, get dressed, make our beds & get ready for the day & be productive! some of us in different ways than before if you can’t do the same daily tasks you once were.
