Happy Father’s Day to all the great dads out there <3 please never stop loving or standing up for your kids happiness, and I hope you get all the love you deserve today! ❤️ I’m feeling very lonely atm, I have people to play games with and that’s helping but I just wanna cuddle with someone and watch shows for a few days. Every time I feel alone I let myself get to the point where I become so unhappy and anxious, that i force myself to hang out with anyone who will say yes. But I’m trying to kick that bad habit in the bucket. I should be at my best if I wanna meett people and spend time with people, it’s no one’s job but mine to make me happy so that’s what I’ve been doing :) Also for some reason talking about why I’m alone with other people or hearing that they also feel alone doesn’t help me feel better. But playing games, smoking and cleaning helps a lot, I really want to go outside and film today but I also wanna be able to all next week and I know putting to much pressure on myself = deep depressions that cause me to do nothing So instead I’m getting breakfast, playing raft and doing breathing exercises all morning I hope you have a lovely day <3

May is mental health awareness month :3 I have a therapy s..
May is mental health awareness month :3 I have a therapy session today with a new therapist I’m really excited for. Therapy used to scare the crap out of me because talking about how I felt was really hard, but it really helped me open up and get rid of a ton of stress in my life. Some of that stress is coming back so it’s the perfect time to go, I also have a chiropractor appointment today :) Your body and mind are connected so treat them like they are, one can’t function without the other ❤️
